Prestige Custom Builders was founded in 1981 by Jeff Santerre. His wife Teresa joined the company a few years later. Passionate about building, art and design, and dedicated to their growing family, Jeff and Teresa set about building a different sort of company - a company that would enable them to live their ideals of community, top-notch design, honest communication and environmental sustainability.
